 "description": "The Lake County Office of Transit Services provides fixed-route services to local citizens and visitors through a contracted service provider. Lake County began the fixed-route service, LakeXpress, on May 21, 2007. Primarily, LakeXpress provides public transportation along the U.S. Highway 441 & SR 50 corridors, including the municipalities of Umatilla, Eustis, Fruitland Park, Lady Lake, Leesburg, Mount Dora, Tavares, Clermont, Mascotte, and Winter Garden. This feature class provides the locations of the fixed-route services in Lake County. The original data was created by a collaboration between Lake County Public Transportation and the Lake-Sumter MPO.
